Delivery

We ship our order worldwide, with the exception of the UK, due to tax reasons. However, if you live in the UK, you can purchase from our Etsy store which has UK shipping.

We currently ship our packages once a week on Tuesdays . Orders placed on Tuesdays and onwards will likely be shipped the next Tuesday. If you need your minis with haste, please send us a message and we'll probably be able to ship your order the same or next day.

All our packages are send from our base of operations the Netherlands with worldwide tracking, so you can keep an eye on your packages throughout its journey. Below you can find our detailed list of order ransit times from the moment they're shipped. We try to keep our transit time up to date, they can however be influenced by local and worldwide events.

Transit times:
Netherlands and Belgium:  1-2 day.
Germany, France, Denmark, Italy, Austria, Poland, Spain, Sweden:  2-5 days
Ireland, Greece, and other EU countries: 4-9 days
Canada: 6-8 days
USA, and the rest of the world: 6-16 days

Returns

If you have received an order from DungeonHero, but you are not completely satisfied, you have the option of returning the order within 30 days of receiving it.

Please note: We do not cover the costs of returning your order, so we strongly recommend you send your parcel with tracking and keep proof of postage.

How to return an item:
1.   Repack the goods. Please pack the goods in a way similar to how you received them to make sure the items don't damage during shipment.
